1:1 VIP Functional Nutrition Membership
A More Comprehensive Way to Work Together
For persistent symptoms, multiple health concerns, or those who simply want a deeper level of support, my VIP Membership provides six months of structured, one-on-one nutrition care.
Knowing we have time to work together allows us to take a more systematic approach. We can establish priorities, implement changes, thoughtfully incorporate targeted lab testing or genetics, evaluate how you respond, and continually refine your plan based on what we learn.
You’ll also have more frequent touchpoints and access to me between appointments, giving you support with questions, challenges, and implementation as they arise.
This is my recommended option for those looking for the most comprehensive level of support.
Is This the Kind of Support You’ve Been Looking For?
Are you experiencing…
- Ongoing digestive concerns such as bloating, gas, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, acid reflux, or unpredictable digestion?
- IBS, SIBO, celiac disease, IBD, food intolerances, or another digestive condition that has made figuring out what to eat feel complicated?
- Low energy, nutrient deficiencies, or a sense that you’re not feeling as well as you should?
- Blood sugar concerns, insulin resistance, weight resistance, or other metabolic health challenges?
- Health concerns that seem interconnected, but are often addressed one at a time?
- Frustration from trying different diets, supplements, or recommendations without knowing what is actually appropriate for you?
- A desire to be more proactive about your nutrition, healthy aging, and long-term health—even if you aren’t currently dealing with significant symptoms?
Would you like to…
- A clearer understanding of what may be influencing your symptoms or health concerns?
- A whole-body approach that considers how nutrition, digestion, metabolic health, lifestyle, health history, and other factors may be connected?
- Targeted lab testing when it could provide useful information and help guide your care?
- Insight into how your genetics may influence nutrition needs and other aspects of your health—and how that information can help personalize your diet, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations?
- Personalized nutrition recommendations without another generic or unnecessarily restrictive diet?
- Education so you understand the “why” behind your recommendations and feel more confident making decisions about your health?
- Practical support implementing nutrition and lifestyle changes in your everyday life?
- Ongoing guidance, regular touchpoints, and the ability to adjust your plan as we learn what works best for you?
The Benefit Of Having Time to Work Together
A thoughtful approach that gives us time to learn, adjust, and build on what we discover along the way
Rather than trying to address everything at once, we can determine where to focus first and build from there. Through in-depth assessment, targeted lab testing when appropriate, and regular follow-up, we can gather information over time and use what we learn to guide our next steps.
This allows us to introduce changes thoughtfully, evaluate how you respond, and continually refine your nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations as your needs evolve.

How We’ll Work Together
Your care is personalized, but having time together allows us to work through your health throughtfully — building on what we learn along the way
Understand
We’ll start with an in-depth look at your health history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, goals, and existing lab work to understand the bigger picture and determine where to focus first.
Investigate & Personalize
When it would provide useful information, we incorporate targeted lab testing or nutrigenomics to deepen our understanding and help personalize your nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.
Implement & Support
We’ll put recommendations into practice in a way that works for your everyday life. With regular appointments, check-ins, and access between visits, we can address questions, troubleshoot challenges, and make changes manageable and sustainable.
Learn & Refine
We’ll learn from how you respond, what’s working, what isn’t, and any new information that emerges. Your plan can evolve with you as we adjust priorities and determine what makes sense to focus on next.

Hi there
I’m Kristin
Registered Dietitian
Gut Health & Functional Nutrition
I’m a functional dietitian specializing in gut health and personalized, whole-body nutrition. I love helping people make sense of their symptoms and better understand how the different pieces of their health may be connected—from digestion and nutrient status to metabolic health, lifestyle, genetics, and more.
My approach is curious, collaborative, and practical. I believe nutrition should be personalized to you—not built around a generic protocol—and realistic enough to fit into your everyday life.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to three wonderful kids. I love spending time with my family, being outdoors, hiking, camping, and staying active—things that continually remind me that taking care of our health isn’t just about numbers or symptoms, but about being able to fully participate in the life we want to live.

Your membership includes a comprehensive initial assessment, two follow-up appointments each month, regular progress check-ins, unlimited chat support, personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance, individualized supplement recommendations when appropriate, and up to $500 toward functional lab testing.
You’ll also have access to personalized meal and symptom tracking, recipes tailored to your dietary needs and goals, and professional supplement discounts.

What lab testing do you offer, and is testing required?
Depending on your health concerns and goals, testing may include comprehensive digestive and stool testing such as GI-MAP, Vibrant Gut Zoomer, or Tiny Health Pro; Trio-Smart SIBO breath testing; MRT food sensitivity testing; organic acids testing (OAT); Genova adrenal and cortisol testing; nutrient and metabolic assessments; or nutrigenomic testing through 3X4 Genetics.
Your VIP Membership includes up to $500 toward functional lab testing, which gives us flexibility to select testing based on what would be most useful for you.
Do you offer virtual appointments, and can I work with you outside of Colorado?
Yes! All nutrition counseling appointments are conducted virtually, allowing you to receive personalized care from the comfort of your home or another convenient location.
I’m based in Colorado and work with clients throughout the state, as well as in several other states where I’m authorized to practice.
If you live outside Colorado, feel free to reach out to see if we can work together in your state.
How do I know if the VIP Membership is right for me?
The VIP Membership may be a good fit if you’re navigating persistent symptoms, have multiple health concerns, or want a more comprehensive and proactive approach to your health.
It’s particularly well suited for those who value personalized investigation, ongoing guidance, regular communication, and the opportunity to work closely together as we learn and adjust over time.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before getting started. We’ll work together to identify priorities and determine what makes the most sense for your individual needs.
If you’re unsure whether the VIP Membership is right for you, I encourage you to schedule a complimentary discovery call. We can discuss your concerns, answer your questions, and determine whether this level of support would be a good fit.
What makes your approach different?
I believe effective nutrition care begins with listening and taking the time to understand the whole person.
As a Registered Dietitian with advanced training in functional medicine nutrition, I combine evidence-based nutrition with a whole-body perspective and a genuine curiosity about how different aspects of your health may be connected.
I approach each client a little like a health detective—looking for patterns, asking questions, and considering information from your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and lab results when appropriate.
But understanding your health is only part of the process. I’m equally passionate about helping you put that information into practice.
We’ll work collaboratively to develop recommendations that are realistic for your life and adjust them as we learn what works best for you.
How long should I expect to work with you?
The VIP Membership begins with a six-month commitment, giving us dedicated time to investigate your health concerns, implement recommendations, evaluate your response, and make adjustments along the way.
Everyone’s needs are different. Some people make meaningful progress relatively quickly, while others benefit from longer-term support, particularly when navigating complex or longstanding health concerns.
As we approach the end of your membership, we’ll review your progress and discuss whether continued support would be beneficial.
My goal is always to provide the level of care that makes sense for your individual needs while helping you build the knowledge and confidence to manage your health more independently over time.
What if I've already tried different diets, supplements, or worked with other practitioners?
You’re certainly not alone. Many of the people I work with have already tried different dietary approaches, supplements, or treatments and are still looking for a clearer understanding of their health.
We’ll start by reviewing what’s already been tried, what helped, what didn’t, and what information we have available.
My goal isn’t to have you start over or add another long list of recommendations. It’s to build on what we already know, identify areas that may deserve a closer look, and develop a more individualized approach moving forward.
Why is there a six-month commitment?
Having six months together allows us to take a deeper, more systematic approach to your health rather than trying to address everything at once.
We can establish priorities, incorporate targeted testing when useful, introduce nutrition and lifestyle changes thoughtfully, and evaluate how you’re responding before determining our next steps.
This dedicated time also allows us to address challenges as they arise, refine your recommendations, and build on what we learn along the way.
The goal isn’t simply to give you a plan. It’s to provide the time, education, and ongoing support to help you confidently put that plan into practice.

As a Registered Dietitian with advanced training in functional nutrition, I combine evidence-based nutrition care with this broader, investigative perspective. This may include reviewing conventional labs, incorporating targeted functional testing when appropriate, and developing individualized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.
My goal is to help you better understand your health and make meaningful, sustainable changes.
