OPTION #2
1:1 Functional Nutrition
Looking for support without a long-term commitment? Individual nutrition sessions give you personalized, one-on-one guidance focused on your specific needs and goals. Sessions are purchased individually, allowing you to get support when it makes sense for you.
Initial Comprehensive Assessment ($225)
Your first session is an opportunity for us to look at the bigger picture. We’ll review your intake forms, talk through your health history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, and goals, and identify the areas that may be contributing to how you’re feeling. You’ll leave with personalized education and initial, practical action steps to get started.
Follow-up Sessions ($125)
Follow-up sessions are tailored to what you need most at that point in your journey. We’ll check in on your progress, work through challenges, provide personalized education, and create realistic goals and strategic next steps based on what your body and life need. Functional lab testing and supplement recommendations may also be incorporated when appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is functional nutrition?
How much should I expect to pay?
I offer two ways to work together depending on your needs and the level of ongoing support you’re looking for.
Individual Nutrition Sessions: A comprehensive initial assessment is $225, with follow-up appointments available for $125. Sessions are scheduled as needed, giving you flexibility without a long-term commitment.
1:1 VIP Functional Nutrition Membership: $450 per month with a six-month commitment. This includes a comprehensive initial assessment, two follow-up appointments each month, ongoing check-ins, unlimited chat support, personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and up to $500 toward functional lab testing.
Additional testing and supplements are not automatically required. When recommended, we’ll discuss the potential benefits and costs together so you can make informed decisions based on your health goals, priorities, and budget.
For individual-session clients, functional lab testing is billed separately, with a $50 interpretation fee per test when applicable.
What lab testing do you offer?
Depending on your needs, testing may include comprehensive digestive and microbiome testing such as GI-MAP, Vibrant Gut Zoomer, or Tiny Health Pro; Trio-Smart SIBO breath testing; MRT food sensitivity testing; organic acids testing (OAT); Genova adrenal and cortisol testing; nutrient and metabolic assessments; and nutrigenomic testing through 3X4 Genetics.
Testing is never one-size-fits-all. We’ll begin by reviewing your health history, symptoms, and existing lab work to determine whether additional testing could provide useful information.
When testing may be helpful, we’ll discuss which options make the most sense for you, the cost, and how the information may help guide your personalized nutrition recommendations.
Do you offer virtual nutrition appointments?
Yes! All nutrition counseling appointments are conducted virtually, allowing you to receive personalized care from the comfort of your home or another convenient location.
I’m based in Colorado and work with clients throughout the state, as well as in several other states where I’m authorized to practice. If you live outside of Colorado, feel free to reach out to see if we can work together in your state.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not bill insurance directly. However, depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
Upon request, I can provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt containing the information your insurance company may need to process a reimbursement claim. You can submit this directly to your insurance provider for consideration.
I recommend contacting your insurance company before your first appointment to ask about coverage for out-of-network registered dietitian services and medical nutrition therapy.
HSA/FSA funds may also be used for eligible nutrition services, depending on your plan.
What makes your approach different?
I believe effective nutrition care begins with listening and taking the time to understand the whole person.
As a Registered Dietitian with advanced training in functional medicine nutrition, I combine evidence-based nutrition with a whole-body perspective and a genuine curiosity about how different aspects of your health may be connected.
I approach each client a little like a health detective—looking for patterns, asking questions, and considering information from your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and lab results when appropriate.
But understanding your health is only part of the process. I’m equally passionate about helping you put that information into practice.
We’ll work collaboratively to develop recommendations that are realistic for your life and adjust them as we learn what works best for you.
How long should I expect to work with you?
That depends on your health concerns, goals, and the level of support you’re looking for.
Some individuals benefit from a few focused appointments, while others prefer ongoing guidance as they work through more complex or longstanding concerns.
Individual sessions allow you to schedule appointments as needed, while the VIP Membership provides a structured six-month approach with more frequent support.
We’ll discuss your needs and priorities together to determine which option makes the most sense for you.
What is the difference between individual sessions and the VIP membership?
Both options provide personalized, evidence-based nutrition care using a functional medicine approach.
Individual sessions offer flexibility for those who prefer to schedule appointments as needed. You’ll receive a comprehensive assessment, personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and guidance based on your individual concerns and goals. Functional lab testing and individualized supplement recommendations are also available when appropriate and can be incorporated into your care as needed.
The VIP Membership provides a more structured, six-month experience with regular appointments, ongoing communication, and additional support between sessions. Knowing we have dedicated time to work together allows us to take a deeper, more systematic approach—prioritizing what to address first, incorporate testing, introducing changes thoughtfully, and using what we learn along the way to guide our next steps. The membership also includes up to $500 toward functional lab testing.
The difference isn’t the quality or personalization of your care—it’s the level of ongoing support, access, continuity, and the ability to work through your health concerns in a more structured way over time.
What if I've already tried different diets, supplements, or worked with other practitioners?
We’ll start by reviewing what’s already been tried, what helped, what didn’t, and what information we have available.
My goal isn’t to have you start over or add another long list of recommendations. It’s to build on what we already know, identify areas that may deserve a closer look, and develop a more individualized approach moving forward.
